With eight years of experience in the mining industry as a dedicated belt splicer, Marley brings a profound commitment to excellence and safety to every project.
As a proud Banjima man who values family, he is highly motivated to help his team and employer succeed. His expertise encompasses conducting belt splicing, repairs, and maintenance tasks while adhering to stringent industry standards.
Luke is a veteran of the industry with 13 years of experience. Throughout his career he has seen everything to do with the belt industry and worked his way up to coordinator within the mining sector.
Luke excels in leading projects including new conveyor installs to scheduled changeouts. Using a variety of methods such as Flaking Belt to the Pull Splice method. As a leader Luke ensures safety is paramount and takes pride in quality control.
Tim has been in the conveyor splicing industry for five years. This industry has allowed Tim to forge relationships with people and enjoy the satisfaction of getting the job done safely and to the highest level.
With a certificate 3 in Polymer Processing, Tim has experience in flaking belts for systems and conveyor installations amongst a range of other things. As an emerging leader, Tim has the ability to take control of situations and effectively troubleshoot issues that arise.
