Meet our dedicated team of professionals who bring expertise and commitment to every project.
Marley is one of the founders of West Pilbara Conveyors. He is a proud Banjima Traditional Owner who strives to empower and support those around him to succeed. His core values are family, respect and empowerment, and these guide the way he leads and works every day.
With 10 years of experience in the mining industry as a dedicated belt splicer, Marley brings solid hands-on knowledge and genuine commitment to doing the job safely and to a high standard on every project.
Luke is a veteran of the industry with 15 years of experience and is the co-founder of West Pilbara Conveyors throughout Lukes's career he has seen everything to do with the belt industry and worked his way to coordinator within the mining sector.
Luke excels in leading projects including new conveyor installs to scheduled changeouts, Using a variety of methods such as Flaking Belt to the Pull Splice method. As a leader Luke ensures safety is paramount and takes pride in quality control.
Tim spent five years in the conveyor and splicing industry, where he built strong relationships and found genuine pride in his work. He valued the satisfactory of getting the job done safely, working to the highest standard, and doing it alongside a team he respected. The industry gave Tim a sense of Purpose, Belonging and Mateship, qualities he carried with him every day.
Tim sadly passed in 2024 and left a lasting imprint on our business and everyone who knew him. He was not only a co-founder of West Pilbara Conveyors, But a cherished member of the WPC family. His dedication, Loyalty and passion he brought into our job helped shape who we are today.
Behind his hard work was his greatest motivation his Loving wife and two beautiful children, whom he worked for every single day. His love for his family, his commitment for his team and his unwavering work ethic will forever remain part of his legacy.
Tim will always be remembered, deeply missed, and Honoured within West Pilbara Conveyors.
